PRIVACY POLICY

If you request additional information or make an online purchase Beer Bouquet LLC and/or BeerMe Delivery LLC you may receive periodic postal and email mailings from us. If you do not want to receive postal and email mailings from us in the future, please let us know by contacting our customer service department.

Beer Bouquet LLC and/or BeerMe Delivery LLC does NOT sell, rent, or trade any of your personal information. This includes your name, address, phone number and email address. However, Beer Bouquet LLC and/or BeerMe Delivery LLC must provide to the shipping carrier, upon request, any information required to enable the shipping carrier to meet applicable record keeping and reporting requirements for each beer shipment to the following states; CA, FL, GA, IL, IA, NV, ND, OK, TX, VA. This information may include: shipper name, address, city, state, zip code, delivery date, consignee name, address, city, state, zip code, pick-up date and package weight. (Beer Bouquet LLC and/or BeerMe Delivery LLC will never release credit card information.)

If you supply us with your telephone number, you may receive telephone contact from us only regarding your request submitted to our company. We DO NOT sell, rent or trade any of your personal information with other companies.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

There will be no returns or credits for purchases from Beer Bouquet LLC and/or BeerMe Delivery LLC. We will exchange your bucket in the event of the consignee receiving the wrong item or if the item was damaged other than during shipping. To exchange an item please repack it in our patented foam inserts and call customer service at 1-877-749-BEER to clarify the error, resolve it, and receive a return shipment label.

Choosing your shipping service - You decide how we ship your gift package. The prices depend on the weight of the order and the zip code of the shipping address. Please see our "Shipping Times" for more details.

Our shipping time schedule- Getting a gift to your recipient at the right time is always important. Learn more about our shipping times and make sure you get it there on time when you need it!

Orders placed before 3:00pm (CST) will ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day. During the week of a major holiday we often extend our cutoff time on same-day shipments to 6PM (CST)

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day 7 days a week, but all shipping will take place during open business hours.
Saturday deliveries are available.
Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
Shipping delays caused by weather are not refundable.

Do recipients have to be present to receive their packages?

To receive beer a 21+ signature is required! This policy is non-negotiable; please do not ask for us to even bend this rule.

Persons calling to place an order for alcoholic beverages or ordering alcoholic beverages online must read, understand, and fully agree with the following statement: ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PURCHASED FROM BEER BOUQUET LLC AND/OR BEERME DELIVERY LLC ARE SOLD IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA AND TITLE PASSES TO THE BUYER IN FLORDIA. Beer Bouquet LLC and/or BeerMe Delivery LLC makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state outside of Florida. The buyer (hereafter referred to as You) is solely responsible for the shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order with Beer Bouquet LLC and/or BeerMe Delivery LLC, You authorize Beer Bouquet LLC and/or BeerMe Delivery LLC, to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier as a delivery service for your order. This order is not being placed for, on behalf of, or at the request of, anyone who is employed by the State in which this order will be delivered. Any false information is considered to be fraudulent by the purchaser and that any misrepresentation of age will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Furthermore, by placing this order, I represent that I am purchasing this product solely for personal use, or as a gift, and are not engaged in any sort of law enforcement activity.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE. BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU REPRESENT TO BEER BOUQUET, LLC THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND THAT THE PERSON TO WHOM DELIVERY WILL BE MADE IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. When the alcoholic beverages associated with this order are delivered, the person receiving the delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

It may be beneficial to you to have the order shipped to an office to insure that someone at least 21 years old is available to sign for the order at the time of delivery.

Shipping and Weather

Beer Bouquet LLC and/or BeerMe Delivery is not responsible for delays in shipments caused by extreme weather conditions or acts of nature.

Extreme weather conditions can affect beverages. High temperatures and freezing may cause beverages to leak. Beer Bouquet LLC and/or BeerMe Delivery will replace any packages that have not been damaged during shipping. Please call Customer Service at 1-877-749-BEER to arrange for a return shipment.

Shipping Addresses

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

Please - double and triple check the shipping Address, Apt #, Suite #, Zip Code and ALL Spelling. Any errors will result in delays and may result in additional charges. If you have any questions, please call us at 1-877-749-BEER.

ONLINE ORDERING

Our On-line ordering system is protected by SSL encryption, which is the state of the art method of completing secured credit card transactions over the internet.

You can specify the date that you want your order shipped by writing it in the Special Instructions box provided on your Shopping Cart page.

TELEPHONE ORDERING

You can always call us at 1-877-749-BEER to place an order. Please browse our online store so you know what you would like to order and have your credit card information ready when you call for even faster service.

MULTIPLE ORDERS

Each order can only be sent to a different address. If you want to send gift packages to several people, you will have to enter the shipping info for each gift. We've made this quick and simple for you. Just click on the "Make Another Bucket" button after you add each gift to your basket.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If we ship a gift basket to an incorrect address, then it will be returned to us. Unfortunately, UPS charges us a flat $10 fee to return the package, which we must in turn charge you. Once a package with an incorrect or incomplete address has left the building there is little we can do. On occasion we can reroute a package to the proper address for a fee of $15 but this is not always successful. Either way the package will be returned to us and must be sent back out for delivery. UPS does not always call us to tell us that there is a problem delivering the package and we often do not find out there is a problem until the package is returned. In these rare instances, we ask for your patience and promise in return to do everything in our power to make sure your gift basket arrives in perfect condition and as soon as humanly possible.
